Should you need to return the cover, it MUST be in its original, new condition. The cover must be clean and free of debris (including pet hair) in the original packaging Soiled, wet, mildewed, torn or otherwise mishandled covers cannot be accepted for exchange.
We do not accept any returns on Custom Car Covers. These items are made for your specific vehicle per your order.
We DO NOT ACCEPT any returns for wrong color given, wrong year given, wrong make given or wrong model given.
Defective Item: We will fix or exchange any defective items due to our workmanship. Defective item(s) will be exchanged with an identical item.
Item(s) cannot be returned for any reason stated above after 30 days from ship date. Customer must ship cover back to us or to designated destination. Please email us for RGA number.
If returning an item, please contact us via email at email@example.com. A "Return Goods Authorization Form" A RGA # and return address must be given to you within 30 days from the date you received the item. The RGA # must be written on the outside of the box or the shipment back to us will be rejected at the warehouse. There is no restocking fee. In most cases you will receive a full refund.
We cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD. All packages must be shipped prepaid. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on credits and exchanges.
All credit card purchases that qualify for refunds will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
